Questions
Good to know
What do I get after I buy?
Four PDF files: US Letter in color, US Letter ink-saver, A4 in color and A4 ink-saver. Each one is the full 18-page set. You can download them right away and print as many copies as you need for your own family.
Any printing tips?
- Print at 100% or "actual size" so the cards and tags line up with the cut lines.
- Plain printer paper works well. A slightly heavier matte paper or light card makes the cards and tags sturdier.
- The ink-saver version keeps the look but uses far less ink, which is handy for the activity cards.
- You can also send the PDF to a local print shop.
Should I choose A4 or US Letter?
You do not have to choose, both are included. US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) is the standard in the United States and Canada. A4 (210 x 297 mm) is used in most other countries. If you are not sure, check the paper in your printer tray.
Can I use it in my classroom?
Yes. Your purchase covers personal use at home and use in one classroom, so a teacher can print copies for their own students. Please do not share, resell or upload the files. If you would like to use it across a whole school or program, please get in touch. More detail is on our license page.
Can I get a refund?
Because this is a digital download that can't be returned, sales are generally final. If something is wrong with your files, they won't open, or you bought the wrong item by mistake, just write to us and we will make it right.
Are the activities safe for little ones?
The activities are meant to be done together, with a grown-up nearby. For anything with candles, a battery candle works beautifully and kids can join in safely. Grown-ups handle the oven, sharp scissors and anything hot.
